Bo Andersen

Managing Director

Bo was previously employed at Express for 14 years before returning in 2015 as Managing Director. He came from Neopost Danmark, where he gained extensive leadership experience within a large international organization. Bo is a strong and action-oriented leader with a talent for bringing people together and moving them in the same direction.

Claus Enersen

Sales & Marketing Director

Claus helped establish Express together with Henrik Boas in 1988 and has a strong talent for solution-based sales. Claus approaches solutions from a business perspective, focusing on what creates value for customers. He thrives in networking environments, where strong relationships and good ideas are often created.

Jesper Hagen Henriksen

Sales Manager

Jesper joined Express as Sales Manager in 2025. He has many years of experience in sales, business development, and strategic communication, most recently from his role as Product Development Manager at FK Distribution. At Express, Jesper will be responsible for sales of letter and e-Boks solutions.

Janne Blom

Senior Project Manager

Janne joined Express in the spring of 2008, having previously worked with similar tasks at JWN Data. She manages even the most complex DM solutions with great confidence. Janne also possesses an ability to understand complex data, which is why many projects naturally end up on her desk.

Rikke Øland

Project Manager

Rikke joined Express as Project Manager in 2024, bringing great energy, determination, and 20 years of industry experience in print and enclosing. She combines professional expertise with a positive and engaging personality, along with strong dedication.

Vibeke Roslind Gjølbo

Project Manager

Vibeke joined Express in 2007. She is the team leader of our manual packing department and also serves as project manager on customer assignments. Vibeke takes pride in delivering high-quality results and always goes the extra mile to ensure her timelines are met.

Niels-Martin Aller

Technical Project Manager

Niels-Martin joined Express in 2018. He holds a degree as Academy Engineer and most recently worked at Xerox A/S, where he managed the company’s sales support and presales department. Niels-Martin is analytical and has a solid understanding of the graphic industry as well as strong experience with online media.

René Larsen

IT Development Manager

René joined Express in 2014. He has several years of experience from the industry, including from JWN Data, where he gained strong expertise in handling data and documents. René is skilled at understanding customers’ needs and always delivers solid, reliable, and well-functioning solutions.

Lars Kiding

Team Leader, Scanning

Lars joined Express in 1995 and is our scanning expert. He works in a structured and highly meticulous way to transform our customers’ physical questionnaires into usable analysis data. The data is delivered as agreed and exactly in the format specified in advance.

Jacob Pfefferkorn

Production Manager, Print and Mechanical Enclosing

Jacob joined Express in 2000. As Production Manager, he keeps up a fast pace without ever losing his overview. In his daily work, Jacob serves as the link between the different departments. By nature, he is responsible, and quality-oriented.

René Roslind Gjølbo

Warehouse Manager

René joined Express in 2008. He has several years of experience in warehouse management and most recently worked at UNICEF. René always ensures control over incoming and outgoing goods, as well as the availability of materials needed for our production — in the right quantity at the right time. He is always ready to lend an extra hand.

Julie Caroline Svendsen

Marketing Consultant

Julie joined Express in 2025. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology at Roskilde University and will begin a master’s degree in Communication in autumn 2026. At Express, Julie primarily works with marketing communication across the website and SoMe.
