At Express, we provide precise, flexible, and professional packaging for shipments that cannot be processed mechanically. From letters, tubes, boxes, and cartons to tote bags, campaign mailings, kitting, and sampling – we handle it all.
We also manage orders – from catalogues and product samples to specific shipments for designated addresses. We make sure every delivery note is printed correctly, accurately sorted, and includes all necessary information.
When we establish a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a customer, we take full responsibility for the entire process – from selecting and sourcing the right packaging to packing and final distribution. We also offer manual unpacking, performed with precision by our experienced staff.
Labeling and preparation
Our dedicated and experienced team specializes in labeling, sorting, and preparation, making sure every shipment meets distributor requirements. From standard labeling to special needs such as customs documentation and invoices for shipments to Norway – we handle it all.

With our consulting, we also ensure that size and weight requirements are met, and that you get a solution that is efficient and straightforward.

Capacity
We have the capacity to pack approximately 50,000 units per month, distributing not only across Denmark and the Nordics but also worldwide.
When handling certain food products, we naturally comply with the required food approvals and ensure proper treatment throughout the entire process. In addition, we offer warehouse management for approximately 4,000 pallets, providing flexibility and reliability – whether for large campaigns, regular mailings, or special orders.
Automation
We use advanced automation as an integrated part of our packing and warehousing processes – with internal conveyor belts, automatic box sealing, and pallet wrapping.
This automation ensures efficient, consistent, and gentle handling while increasing throughput and reducing the risk of errors. This allows us to maintain high quality and precision throughout the entire process.
Packaging

Distribution solution
We provide flexible shipping solutions tailored to both small parcels and larger campaign mailouts. We ensure every shipment is managed with the most efficient and cost-effective approach – whether for national deliveries, express shipping, or cross-border distribution.

Material storage
As a supplement to production and distribution, we provide a warehouse solution where the entire logistics flow is covered from start to finish. We offer barcode systems with real-time updates, efficient returns handling, and ongoing quality control so you always have full visibility of your inventory.
All inbound and outbound goods are counted, checked, and recorded to ensure accurate handling and full transparency. Our temperature- and humidity-controlled storage facilities provide optimal conditions for sensitive products such as paper goods. We also carry out stocktakes, ongoing checks, and detailed reporting – ensuring your inventory remains reliable and operational at all times.
